ROSS Valerie 'Val' Aged 59 years. Passed peacefully away at St. Richard's Hospice on Monday 8th January 2018. Reunited with her Husband David. Beloved Daughter to Sheila and Edgar, dearly loved Mum to Nicola and Fiona, their partners Matt and Tom and a special Nana to Abi. Val will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. The funeral service for Val will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Wednesday 24th January 2018 at 2.45pm. Dear Nicola and Fiona ( and families)
I am very sorry for your loss, and hope you are all coping as well as can be expected. Your mum was an excellent teacher and students and colleagues really liked and respected her. I cannot make the funeral next week, and do not have any contact details for you - hence this site. A few years ago your mum gave me a lovely orchid. Last week it produced a lovely new shoot full of buds ready to flower. It reminds me of her each time I look at it. I will be looking at the flowers next Wednesday which is when I hope they will open. Love to you all xx ( photo doesn’t really do it justice)
