SMITH Derek Alan Aged 83 years. Reunited with Josephine. Passed away peacefully on Monday 24th July 2017. Beloved Dad of Lucy and Ryan. The funeral service will take place at the Abbey Chapel, Redditch Crematorium, on Tuesday 15th August 2017 at 11am, followed by committal in the Abbey Cemetery.
