In Loving Memory of Patricia Elizabeth HACKETT Sadly passed away peacefully on 12th July 2016, aged 67 years. Dearly missed by husband Paul, son Andrew, daughter Kathryn, grand-daughters and family. A service to celebrate Patricia's life will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Friday 5th August at 2:00pm. Patricia's wishes were that black was NOT to be worn, the brighter the better.
