Fruit Ninja
If you haven’t already heard of Fruit Ninja then where have you been hiding the past couple of years? After massive success on the iPhone making a name for itself as one of the most downloaded games on the app store. The game has since been released on Xbox 360 Kinect as well as other products, similar to that of Angry Birds, planned to be released in the not so distant future. The game itself is very straight forward, just slice fruit and avoid bombs, simple enough right? It’s this simplicity that makes this game so addictive, as you play the different game modes to try and beat your scores and compete against friends. You unlock a variety of different swords for your arsenal from multi-coloured swords to musical note swords. As well is this there are different backgrounds to buy and power ups that can be used to helped get more points within a game mode. The game is only 69p to buy and is well worth the money as you won’t be disappointed.

Draw Something
Draw Something was released earlier this year and like SongPop became an instant hit. Free to download this game also connects with Facebook and allowed you to play against friends. Only this time you were given 3 options to choose from and whichever you chose you had to draw a picture that explains the word you were given. Your opponent then has to try and guess what your word was. This game can be quite tricky at times because sometimes you just can’t think of a single thing to draw or you just haven’t got enough space on the screen to complete your creation. Users could buy more colours to assist them with their drawings and create some very artists resemblances.
